She smiles all day
and whenever you see her there’s not a word she doesn’t say.
She’s got a mind of her own and eyes that could light up the dark
but when she’s at  home shes got an angry spark.
Her parents insult her and yell really loud,
and when her brother comes home drunk they seem to be nothing but proud.
They treat her as if she’s a peice of trash on the ground,
and when they piss her off she makes a lot of sound.
She screams, cries, and pounds her fist
and wishes she could just cut her wrist.
She wants to give them a hug and kiss,
but instead she’s empty ’cause they made her like this..

A Promise of a Life Time

A Promise of a Life Time

A promise that’ll never shattered.
A promise that’ll be flattered.
A promise that’ll be brought.
A promise that’ll have never been caught.
Smiles will be on everyone’s faces,
As they will each dances.
A promise that’ll wash away tears,
A promise that’ll never bring fear.
Please don’t waste your life away.
Please don’t never die astray.
Please don’t cry when one’s life dies.
A promise will never be dry.
It’ll open up hope for you to see.
Everyone will be truly free.
Take my hand and I’ll show you.
I want you to see and know.
No pain will come anymore.
No sorrow will be ashore.
No violence will be brought.
The only promise that had been fought.
Peace will shine above all.
The new world will be called.
The dead will be raised.
Everyone will see loved one from gaze.
Smile and have hope.
The mountain will be a steep slope.
It will blow you away from the floor.
Open that narrow door.
Home will be arriving soon,
To see that wonderful new world.
Look up into the sky as the bird sings,
And look into Jehovah God’s words.

Quasi Moto

I put one of my favorite jokes to rhyme.
Quasi Moto was a legend
who became a man of fame.
This crippled man was known as
The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Quasi Moto’s health was failing.
He was old and growing frail,
so they hired an apprentice
he would teach to ring the bell.
This poor apprentice fellow
really wasn’t very bright,
but at least he was determined
he could learn to do it right.
They climbed up to the bell tower.
(A steep climb that isn’t fun)
And finally reached the iron bell
for lesson number one.
Quasi told him, “Push the bell..
then step aside.. and let it go,”
but the bell came back and struck him
because he was so slow.
It knocked him from the tower
and he landed in town square.
Quasi slowly limped down all the stairs
and found him lying there.
The townsfolk had all gathered.
Quasi pushed till he got through.
As he looked down a fellow asked..
“Quasi…is this a man you knew?”
Quasi looked at his apprentice
and slowly answered “Well……
I can’t say I really knew him
but his face sure rings a bell.”
