Appreciate Beauty, Appreciate Life Hits: 4360 Inspirational Poems

I was going to see the maple leaves
To appreciate maple leaves
we cannot just watch one maple tree
After three hours' driving
I was approaching the maple forest
The closer we approach a maple forest
the more disappointed we are
In our imagination
maple leaves should be exuberant with a very brilliant red
In fact
we can never see this kind of red
In the sun
the leaves of maple forest have three colors
red, yellow and green
When we are close to them
we will find
every leaf is gnawed
and it has not a pure color but a withered one
To appreciate beauty
we must choose the best moment, the best angle, and the best distance
However
if we have never approached a beautiful thing
we will never know which distance would be the best one for appreciating
Life teaches us how to appreciate it

Apart Hits: 1384 Short Rhyming Poems

Show me a glance that says you care
A silent smile between us share.
Save me your pity and false remorse,
Flaunted ego and empty discourse.
Have I hurt you, that you shy away?
Or something within me that’s got you so afraid?
Why don’t you see me as you see yourself:
Clean and pure, in no need of help?
Until then, our lives remain apart
Until you see, and see within my heart.

Another Day Hits: 4033 Depressing Poems

How come I'm here?
taking up space
I don't serve a purpose
I'll never get a date
No one likes me
and I don't like them
It all seems to me
one great big scam
They all smile acting like nothings wrong
but I know what they are thinking
why don't you just run along....
They don't want me here and
I think the same way
Let's get outta here
Let's run away
One day I'll belong
You'll see I say
I think to myself
"I hope I'm right"
"I hope I'm okay"
cuz I don't think I'll be able
to live another day

Angel in Disguise Hits: 897 Inspirational Poems

I can't believe how long it's been
Oh my long lost sweet friend
I still remember those days
You held me in your wings
So loving and yet so gentle

Your smile still tells me
Everything would be okay
Just like an angel
Guiding each day

Your love sweeps my pain,
Your faith keeps them strong,
And your hope I know
Would bring me home

I’ve cried and tried to moved on
Even memories seem to hold on
Now that you have returned
Thank you for giving me
Meaning and true inspiration

Alone by Myself Hits: 4154 Lonely Poems

Alone by myself
No one to talk to
Afraid of my surroundings
Alone by myself
In pain and fiery
I miss the happy days
Alone by myself
In my own little corner
Frightened of what will happen next
Alone by myself
I think about my life
And cry until no tears are left to cry
Alone by myself
But not really alone
Only in my heart forever more

Alone Hits: 7906 Depressing Poems

I sit here alone in the night
wondering what is wrong with me
no one ever cares nor will they ever
there's a hole in my heart waiting to be filled
I fight back the tears
hoping no one will notice
while at the same time I wish they would
Why doesn't anyone notice?
Why can't they see me for me?
and not some rumor that everyone believes
Do I need to change? should I change?
I used to think not
but now I'm not so sure
they all rush past acting like I don't exist
maybe I don't
maybe I don't allow myself to
What do i need to do to make you notice?
just once, one time
I want to feel like i belong
my heart is empty and it waits
for how long I ask...
a year? a month? tomorrow?
to me it seems like an eternity

All I can say is I Miss You Hits: 2715 I Miss You Poems

I remembered the day I was with you
You made me feel like a matured girl
You taught me right from wrong
You showed the way to be like you

I was hoping that I woudn't lose you
But the time has come
I should go far away and live in my dreams

But its hard to say goodbye
From all the laughter you gave
From all I felt of you
All I can say is I Miss You

Now that we are far away
Memories' still in my mind
How can I live without you…

But I still wait for the right time
The time to be happy being with you
That's what I've been waiting for…

All day I am hurt and wonder why Hits: 5001 Hurt Poems

Why am I here?
Why don't I die?
Once I was happy, confident and carefree
What happened to the days when I could be me,
On the surface I smile and act like I'm alright,
But when I get home I cry all night,
This pain I feel why won't it go away?
I wish they'd stop what they are doing
coz its not okay.
I don't know what I'm doing
and I don't know what I've done,
I wish they'd just leave me alone
because they know they've won,
I wish that they could see,
That they're killing me!

Alexa Sharpe Hits: 833 Short Rhyming Poems

You're in the Phillipines right now
I know
You're telling what you went through and how.
Yes you are.
But I'm just a friend
Upon me you may always depend.
That's true.
I'm just a girl younger than you
That doesn’t understand things as well as you do.
I'm pathetic.
Getting along with each other's easy
It's simple.
Yeah it is.
Now you're gone for summer
My heart's wheezy.
But I know you're coming back
So I'll Wait.
Yes I will.
