If Only Hits: 556 Grief Poems

*If Only Charene you were here,
I would have the chance to whisper in your ear
How much I love and miss you.
*If Only I would have left with you that day,
I could have found a way to make you stay.
*If Only they knew who stole your soul,
that fool with a heart of straight coal.
*If Only you would have stayed home,
We wouldn't have gotten the horrible news over the phone.
*If Only he wasn’t so stupid,
you wouldn't have been with him like he was cupid.
*If Only you saw what we did,
you would have completed your life with your two kids.
*If Only you would have come home that night,
you wouldn't have had to worry about that crazy fight, but instead a new life.
*If Only I had a chance to say I love you,
it now wouldn't feel like a dream come true (if it happened)
*If Only he had a heart,
you would have had a great new start.
*If Only I could have said goodbye,
I probably wouldn't stay up at night and cry.
*If Only your children could have knew you better,
they wouldn't think that there was no one caring.
*If Only they had their mother right now,
but they don't call their fathers a coward.
~The son thinks you didn't love him, and the daughter's smile is very grim.
~~So really IF ONLY is the only thing I can say now,
because I cant tell you I love you and couldn't say goodbye.
So now all I do now..IS CRY!

your case will be solved ..if it takes me all my life.

If I had been there Hits: 2104 Grief Poems

Is there really a point to being here,
What’s the point?,
What’s the fear?,
If I only knew,
How to help my friend,
She wouldn’t be there,
Well I guess here,
In the hospital,
With a babe in her arms,
If I hadn’t let her sip some,
She would have thought strait,
She would have hidden in her cape,
Not holding a babe from an unfortunate rape!.
It’s all my fault.

If i could be.. Hits: 2944 Inspirational Poems

If i could be anything in the world,
i'ld be your tear drop,
born in your eyes,
live on your cheeks,
and die on your lips.

but if you were a tear in my eye,
i would be scared to cry,
because i will lose you.

Idle Before the Motionless Lights Hits: 1469 Inspirational Poems

Shadows of clouds darken the already night sky
for now I'll focus on the snowy white peaks
that mask on the silhouette of mountains
that face above the approaching highway
The song on the radio serves a timely reminder
as I await before the final intersection
idle before the motionless lights
I watch the windshield wipers
push the water of these raindrops
my favored casualties
my intolerable souvenirs
I'd like to think this red glare
would stay forever
but it will soon turn green
and I'll have to move on
To a bed, just to rest my head
heavy with the thought
of how I could just turn back
and do it all again

I will come to you Hits: 654 Inspirational Poems

When you have no light to guide you
and no one to walk beside you
I will come to you
when the night is dark and stormy
you won't have to search for me
when you don't know how or why
but you have lost your way
have new fear when your dreams are falling
I will hear your spirit calling
and I swear I will be there
see even if we can not be together now and forever
and I swear that I will be there
we all need somebody we can turn to
someone who will always understand
so even if your soul is dieing
and you need the strength to keep trying
I’ll reach out and take your hand
for I will come to you.

I want to give him all of my love Hits: 3282 Rhyming Love Poems

There is this guy,
I love so dear,
I thought that my,
Feelings were clear.
I can't tell him,
To his face,
In case he shows,
A look of disgrace.
I love so,
Very much,
And love it when,
We keep in touch.
But being friends,
Just ain't enough,
I want to give him,
All of my love.

I thought I knew what love was Hits: 5611 Short Love Poems

Once I thought I knew
But I did not.
We both thought we were meant for each other
But we were not.
How do you know if it is there?
Can you feel it in the air?
Does anyone really know?
And if someone does
Why cant that be me
I wish I knew what Love is
But I do not.

I still loved you too Hits: 5147 Short Love Poems

I've never cared about anyone like I care about you.
I'm going crazy thinking about you.
You said you still loved me and you probably already knew,
That even though I acted like I didn't,
I still loved you too!

I still love you my first true love Hits: 18181 True Love Poems

I'll always be here,
Whether you need me or not.
And I want you to know,
That I still love you.
No one will ever replace you,
Because you're special in my life.
You'll always be my "NeNa", my best friend,
My first true love!

I smile at you as you wave goodbye Hits: 4334 Goodbye Poems

I smile at you as you wave goodbye
Hiding my fears, careful not to cry
How could I let you go like this
knowing that we had that kiss
Your supposed to be just a friend
I know why this had to end
Somehow I wish that you could stay
But we have to go a separate way
Why did you have to be engaged
as we parted I felt raged.
Do you really have to go back
back to that thing, I call the yack
Couldn’t you just stay with me
but to you I know there would always be 3
We knew each other for just a week
In that time I could hardly speak
You know I had the time of my life
Why couldn’t I be your wife?
All of this is wishful thinking
I think I'll go back to drinking
off you go, on that train
I wonder if I'll ever see you again
