Near the Wishing Well Poem Read: 1944 Long Poems

Near the wishing well, our hands entwined;
Where stand we to see the direction of our lives.

Frustrated and angry with all that we have tried;
I知 tired and dying, hoping to be revived.

A copper coin from me to you, to give to the well
To pay its due.
My hopes I toss in too,
Oh please! Please, make these dreams come true!

Beneath the calm and glassy pool, an army of hopes and dreams lies still;
Lulled to sleep in waters cool, entrapped within a frigid chill.
Cast in ages past and long ago by others in righteous act;
By lovers and dreamers or so, like brothers of a secret pact.

With bated breath and fragile heart, I知 anxious for your toss.
Each moment casts a fiery dart, and this wait becomes a cross.

I wonder if your wish will be as mine.
Will our hearts merge to form a single line?
Or, and I dread the thought,
Will you commit a crime?
Will your soul be bought; will your cast be far from mine?

Of your choice I have no assurance.
Of mine, I致e known forever.
I have loved you without insurance, and I will love you ever.

And as that golden hope floats from fragile fingers,
Toward the awaiting ocean of whispered prayers,
I know that in its sweeping, graceful arch there lingers
Abounding joy eternal, or torturous, painful cares.

Here near the wishing well, our hands entwined;
Where stand we to see the direction of our lives.

Souls and hearts need not words, how I love her Poem Read: 2702 Rhyming Love Poems

Come and walk beside me.
Close together.
I wonder, do you love me?
A bit farther.
The darkness, a veil around us.
Not much longer.
Moon and stars a heavenly chorus.
Time, our father.
Souls and hearts need not words.
How I love her.
Your eyes say all I致e never heard.
And here I linger.

Apart Poem Read: 2558 Short Rhyming Poems

Show me a glance that says you care
A silent smile between us share.
Save me your pity and false remorse,
Flaunted ego and empty discourse.
Have I hurt you, that you shy away?
Or something within me that痴 got you so afraid?
Why don稚 you see me as you see yourself:
Clean and pure, in no need of help?
Until then, our lives remain apart
Until you see, and see within my heart.

I will wait for you my love, forever I will wait Poem Read: 3785 Rhyming Love Poems

Through passing seasons of precious life,
I値l wait for you.
For all the reasons I said tonight,
I値l wait for you.
And I値l wait for you my love,
Forever I will wait.

Whatever trouble tomorrow brings,
I値l wait for you.
In pain and sorrow, and hurtful things,
I値l wait for you.
And I値l wait for you my love,
Forever I will wait.

Until the day I close my eyes,
I値l wait for you.
And to this world bid my goodbye,
I値l wait for you.
And I値l wait for you my love,
Forever I will wait.
