I do feel
Basking in the sunshine, my Love; makes the time stand still.
God, I cherish you for blessing me with ability to… feel.
Warm rain drops softly embrace my face, let my soul heal.
God, a thousand times thanks for letting me… feel.
In sweet sounds of music I hide; it’s beautiful; it’s surreal.
God, how will I repay you for being able to… feel?
Reminiscing the innocent times; memories are mine and always will.
With tears of joy I pray to the One who allowed me to… feel.
Lives scattered! My Love lying in pool of blood, next to her I kneel.
God, I will always hate you for making me… feel.
This poem is also about:A girl named Destiny
“How can my life be so cruel and so not goddamn fair??” -
- A thought in my head as I’m looking through window in despair.
My eyes of imagination go through every building or tree,
To spot a girl that will spend the rest of her life with me.
She may be talking, at the moment, to one of her friends,
Or sunbathe so calmly on the red hot beach sands,
Studying very hard to one day become the best of teachers,
Or on a meadow gentle sunbeam strikes her perfect face feature.
Taking good care of her body, working out, riding a bike.
But above all else, I hope she is doing something she likes.
On the other hand, however, she may be in huge pain,
And get caught without umbrella in a very heavy rain.
Her heart may be crying, seeing no salutary way,
But there will come a day, despite what others say,
That our ways will meet and I’ll brush her tears away.
About what I am thinking, she may be thinking right now, too,
Or she is reading this poem… I may be writing about YOU…
This poem is also about:A place
There is a place where you are shy no more,
Where you can be fun and forget how to be a bore.
In this place you can find happiness right away,
And forget how to lie, only truth you can say.
You are welcome there, you feel you belong,
Your weaknesses fade away, you become so strong.
A place to go when problems are too strong to defeat
And when people to talk to you need to meet.
It’s a place that will become your best and only role model.
Where to find it? I’ll tell you. It’s just inside the bottle.
Struggle
Standing on a chair with cold rope tied around your neck,
Decision seems final, but thoughts of doubt are coming back.
A scenario you’d predicted way before, cannot back down now,
Have dreamed of escaping the misery, and you finally know how.
Knocking down a chair with a step of your choice,
But sound of snapping neck awakens an inner voice.
What made you do it? God, tell me what?
Desperate attempts of loosing the knot,
Gasping for air though you know you have met your end,
If only someone came… family member? Or maybe a friend?
Struggling, tussling, hoping to survive… to fight your way out,
Crying bloody tears, lack of oxygen… you cannot scream or shout.
Losing control over the very body you condemned to death,
Soul giving up, preparing to leave alongside with your last breath.
Last tear is rolling down your cheek,
The rope makes its final creak.
You drop 21 grams of your weight,
21 grams… of love, pain and hate.
Is the pain over at last? Is your salutary plan finally complete?
I guess we will know by your close ones’ reflections
In a puddle of urine underneath your feet.
Baby On The Way
Fabulous career on a roll, stunning house has just been bought,
With loving and successful husband you have a baby on the way,
A beauty living her dream life, is what one could say,
Would you think such innocence can be touched? I would not…
Husband sends regards from London, says will be coming late,
So at El Coyote’s a couple of your friends you patiently await.
A great time you are having, invite your friends to stay for a night,
All agree, except one who senses something is not right.
Pregnancy tired you out, so with a relief straight to bed you head,
Jay sits beside you, chatting, joking, unaware of upcoming dread.
Suddenly, a strange woman enters the room with a knife in her hand,
Blood in your veins flow faster, you sweat, your pupils expand.
“To the living room! Or I’ll kill you both!” you hear,
Seats you on a couch, ties you down; you never felt such fear.
Jay stands up to them, cannot allow them to harm you or the child,
But he is gunned down at once, and his killer ominously smiled.
Two men and two women, all very young and ruthless as they come,
Choose a girl to negotiate, telling her in two weeks you will be a mom.
You plead, you beg, with tears look in her eyes,
That is when you realize she is a devil in disguise.
“Please, spare my life, you can still leave, it is not too late, please… maybe…”
“Look, bitch, I don’t care about you! I don’t care if you’re going to have a baby!”
No compassion, no mercy, no human feelings you can expect from her,
All you feel is a cold knife-stab… just five times, of the rest you are unaware.
26 years of happiness, wealth and developing fame fallen with a thud,
Summed up with a word “PIG” painted on front door with your own blood.
