Grain of sand
I put our friendship on a mountain of sand
but it would not hold
so I put it on top a hill
and it came crashing down
so put it atop a mountain stout and strong
then I realized I was all wrong
so just put it on a grain of sand and there we shall remain
for that little grain of sand is what holds all things together
and the little things is what our friendship is made of…

Friendship between two people
Friendship is not a game nor is it a contest
friendships are not won
friendships are earned
friendship is the trust, honor and love between two people
it doesn’t matter if you are poor or rich or in-between
so give your trust and honor
and your friendships will show you
love like you have never seen
How true love can be
Stop and see whats to be
For sometimes you must
Look beyond the trees.
Your questions of life
Are never easy
Like true love we grasp
For each day
Stop and look very
Close to you for love
An happiness is just ahead
So look to god and pray and
Get down on one knee and
Pray to the lord to let you be humble
And free.
For then and only then
Will you see
How true
Love can be
Love of children
Children are our future as we were in the past.
we think our job is to teach them love, compassion, and honesty, trust.
but in reality they’re here to teach us,
with all their bumps and bruises love and fears
with all their smiles and forgotten tears lost throughout the years.
so stop and think how our lives begun.
they now teach us the future as we did in the past,
we may not understand their new way of thinking,
but I tell you the one thing that will last is their love for us will always last
