Confessions of the heart
I tried to fill my dreams with your presence,
And made you a part of my songs
But only thing I wish- is to see you smile,
While you sleep in your room.
Many things make me lose myself-
But nothing like your perfume.
Staring at you have not been that easy,
Neither were the conversations.
You must be something else to me
Or rather something more.
But it is useless to mention it here
As it has all been said before.
Do you take me as the stupid boy-
Who compares you to the moon?
But all I wonder all this while-
How you look in your room?
Many things make me lose myself-
But nothing like your perfume.
Words
I do not write anything divine,
It is only the best I can do.
I know a little bit about me-
But feel it is the only thing I ever knew.
I have been told things I can’t and those I should,
Have always appeared strange to few-
But my will has always been good.
Beauty is not in the words but what they really mean.
I have tried a thousand lines-
Some from the heart and some from the dreams I have seen.
These lines are not for one but for few.
Souls who were stranger to me once,
But soon were a part of me as I grew.
I hope I am not writing strange
Or the words- no one knows.
Beauty is not in the words I told-
It is in the mirror it holds.
The day has been good till now
And I write what I want to say out loud-
“Some words can’t be on the lips,
But somehow they find their way out”.
The game of love
Your Love to me is all that I need,
You are my love, life and greed.
It seemed that we were meant to be one
As you are the one who can make all my sorrows undone.
It has been long since we know each other,
But there is hardly any moment, which we have spent together.
People who say you are not mine are fool,
You will come to me in the end, that’s this game’s rule.
But this game does not seem to end,
Which started when I became your friend.
I am done with my chance in the game & now it is your turn,
Please never let my heart break up or let it burn.
I was the one, who started this game,
And I will be the one who will take all the blame.
So hold my hand and be assure,
That my love is the most pious and pure.
Now, let me tell you that love is a game,
In which I will always remain yours and these feelings will always remain the same,
And telling everyone that I love you the most, I have no shame.

You with me, I need not shed a tear,
the world at my feet,
the days to come look so clear.
gone are the days,
when I used to cry,
life looked so miserable
and I had no reason to lie.
then you came and took my hand
and we flew across to a faraway land.
O girl! just be by my side
and leave me never.
just love me for two moments-
Now and forever.
