I’m so Confused

I’m so Confused
Rate this poem

I’m starting to forget your sweet voice

I’m beginning to doubt at my choice

Right now there seems no worse a fate

But for you it is much too late

In your absence the thoughts still come

Unbidden and unwanted, leaving me numb

Thinking up scenarios that never would exist

The scale of terror I’m feeling I cannot list

I don’t want to forget you, the promise you bade

But when you go the memories slowly fade

And then you come back and I remember my heart

And the depth of it gives me a start..

What can I possibly do

When I feel like this for you?
