Beauty in motion and perspective

Beauty in motion and perspective
Rate this poem

Under the shadow of the sky
Grass in the depths of their embrace
Watching the wind appease the water
On her water ridden face

Stopping the tears run down her cheek
With words of sympathy so pure
A mumbled slur of “I love you”
“I love you too” he said, so sure

Sharing a smile before they kiss
And fall asleep in fields of green
With only Sun to tell the story
Of how she looked so serene

Waiting for stars to end their sleep
So that the scene should vapourise
Into a symphony of sighs,
Shadowy skies and kiss goodbyes
