Thank You Friendship

Sometimes I feel I'm like an actress who is acting on the life stage. I fulfilled all the audience's dreams. They seem to get what they wanted and look satisfied. I'm satisfied because of their satisfaction. This is an interesting cycle. Everyone around me in my life has his influence on me and so do I. No matter if the influence is great or little, strong or weak it does exist. No matter if he is my beloved one, a friend, an acquaintance or even an enemy, we are in each other. Whenever I think of this, my heart becomes as broad as the world.

Friends are sometimes like a passage. We have to constantly update friends. Whenever we experience a change, the friends around us change too. Elaina gives me the feeling I most enjoy in a friend, that of timelessness. We exchange every thought, share happiness and sadness, help each other pass all the barriers, and always keep on the same wavelength.

She is a friend I am looking for in all my life. She was my first friend; we met when we were so young that we did not know how to keep in touch. I wrote a poem for her when I was 16 years old. How I wish that I could hear her name that would be called near me some day! Her name is Juli.

Friendship with Rong was beginning with playing Ping-pong together. I even remember the time when we were competitors to be admitted to the same school. Life is sometimes inconceivable. Our friendship is like water lasting so long before we know it. She is a friend who is willing to help. I truly wish her a very bright future in her career and a very satisfying life.

Kelly may be the most passionate girl in this world. I wish there would be a brook there near her, giving her a perfect balance. I like the question she likes to ask: What significant thing are you doing recently? I finally find myself unconsciously pursue significant goal probably in order to answer her question easily and confidently. May her a healthy and smooth life. Cheers!

Mei, Yan, Ping and I were studying in the same high school. Our friendship began at a seashore, the melody on the sandy beach, the candle lit up on birthday...every mood happened, the goodbye and getting together...I admire Mei, I even like to get to know anyone who is like her in appearance. She is optimistic and strong that make her charming. Yan is like an elder sister, mature and calm. She can give us a sense of safety. I wish our friendship would last forever. Ping and I are alike in some ways. We were communicating frequently, laughing together; Even if we argued with each other, we could forget it right away without mark once we found the truth.

Stephanie is a very cute girl with beautiful dreams from Taiwan. French made us be together. Her most impressive character is that she strives to make progress and that she has the urge for improvement; it is quite rare in a girl's personality and it really encourages me a lot.

I love the way Kathy is talking, and I guess my language structure is highly influenced by her. Those scenarios can be vivid in front of my eyes when she tells of her encounters. I learnt from her how to talk in a non-metaphysical way.

In my eyes, Estelle is equal to 'fairy' or 'angel'. She satisfies my aesthetic need. She focuses on the quality of life after 8 hours. Although I want to tell her how real the life is, from the bottom of my heart, I truly wish her a smooth and satisfying life. A beautiful life with a pretty girl is supposed to be a perfect match.

Annie and I first met in a sunny afternoon of an early fall. I started to approach French culture from approaching Annie. It was the first time I knew that even if people were from different cultures they could understand each other. I can not describe what I have learnt from Annie, the knowledge that is far more beyond what I can learn from books. Everyone has storms in his life; for Annie is a quite optimistic girl, I believe she can handle whatever life brings her and I would like to quote what she used to tell me as a return: sometimes, one only needs that the time passes, that the decors change and that all become easier.

Mr. Dai was my instructor of Western Literature when I was a university student and now he is assistant professor of psychology in State University of New York at Albany. I still remember the time when I was a student representative of his class. I was bold and gave him advice just after his first lesson. The most impressive moment was that he changed his way of teaching and applied it to his second lesson right away. We all loved his class very much. We are alike in some ways because we are aware that criticism is the best fortune. He was even the instructor of my paper. Now when I look back on that paper I realize that I didn't dig enough however Mr. Dai offered me an excellent score and it was a very great encouragement for me in my youth. Mr. Dai and I also had very frank talks and it really amazed me that a teacher could trust so much a student who is totally 12 years younger. It was a great memory to have met him at Albany, New York State, USA, another continent - North America, that is far away from our hometown, China and at Toronto, Canada, my second home. The road of walking towards North America is rather rough and mountainous, nevertheless, I personally do believe it is a priceless and regretless experience in all my life that makes me feel richer. I am sure that Mr. Dai and others who take the same road will agree with me and may all the success be with us.

Gianni is an energetic person; he is amiable, enthusiastic, optimistic and lively. His motto is "never say never". I see what he says comes true one by one. It's agreeable to be his friend. I can't say he is the person who influenced me most, but I would like to say the influence he has on me is quite positive. Without a doubt, I am sure that a person like Gianni will succeed in anything his does.

Pierre is a very great friend who has an enviably happy family in Paris. He played an essential role of improving my French besides Annie. He keeps correcting my French for years since our first correspondance. We have extensive yet intensive conversations. We have different political views as well, however, our friendship is testable and therefore fresher and stronger. He likes to forward some interesting jokes to me. I especially make a joke collection page as a way of saying "thank you" and "sorry" for neglecting him while being occupied by the construction of this Website.

The foremost thank you belongs to EverWin, a very kind boy and a partner of this Website who is responsible for the programming, a nice compatibility. In the whole process I learnt a lot from him. Our cooperation is perfect. Especially, it is indeed a quite hard and lonely journey working on this Website. His silent support must be a huge encouragement for me to keep on.

The next thank you is due to Jones, my favorite visitor and little poet. He participated in poems section the most actively and published many appreciable writings. His first request for my feedback caught my attention and maybe this will be the morning amazed me by his potential poetic talent. I like most of his writings and I do hear a melody.
